Type data. Ex Sundasciurus tenuis (syn. Callosciurus tenuis ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Kepong.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Iomys horsfieldii , Sundasciurus tenuis ; CARNIVORA : Arctogalidia trivirgata .

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
