Type data. Ex Rattus tanezumi (syn. Rattus rattus diardi ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Kuala Lumpur.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Hylopetes spadiceus spadiceus , Leopoldamys sabanus , Maxomys rajah , M. surifer , M. whiteheadi , Rattus argentiventer , R. exulans , R. rattus , R. tanezumi , R. tiomanicus , Sundamys muelleri .

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
