Type data. Ex Leopoldamys sabanus (syn. Rattus sabanus ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Ulu Langat Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Berylmys bowersi , Leopoldamys sabanus , Maxomys surifer , Sundamys muelleri ; SCANDEN-TIA: Tupaia glis .

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
