Type data. Ex Leopoldamys sabanus (syn. Rattus sabanus ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Ulu Langat Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Funambulus tristriatus , Leopoldamys sabanus , Millardia kondana , Rattus rattus ; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis ; SORICOMORPHA : Suncus murinus .

Distribution. India, Malaysia.
