Bioacoustics. Tegmina ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 ), stridulatory file ( Table 1 View TABLE 1 ) and spectrum of the song do not show large differences to the typical Hetrodini View in CoL pattern. The calling song ( Fig. 7G View FIGURE 7 ; after Kowalski & Lakes-Harlan 2013) consists of long series of syllables (song type B in Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 ). The SRR is unusually low for Hetrodini View in CoL and the syllables much longer than in the other genera ( Kowalski & Lakes-Harlan 2013; see Table 2 View TABLE 2 ) except in Acanthoplus View in CoL .
