Distribution

Miktoniscus medcofi is widely distributed from southern and central USAı Mexicoı and Brazil (states of Amapáı Paráı Paranáı Rio de Janeiroı São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul) ( Schmalfuss 2003; Campos-Filho et al. 2014 ı 2017b). In cavesı it is recorded from SB karst areaı Canaã dos Carajásı state of Paráı and Água Boa caveı Almirante Tamandaréı state of Paraná ( Campos-Filho et al. 2014; Campos-Filho et al. 2015a).
