Wings hyaline, pterostigma and venation brown. Fore and middle legs whitish yellow. Hind legs light yellow with femur basal third, tibial spurs and tarsi whitish. T1 with basal half yellowish brown, apical half of T1 and T2+T3 white, remainder brown.
Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2.0× as broad as long, eye 2.5× as long as temple. Antennae with 21 antennomeres, as long as body; scape 0.3× longer than wide; first flagellomere 3.0× as long as broad and 1.5× longer than second flagellomere, flagellomeres 11–19 as long as wide; eye height 1.7× malar space. Ocelli small, OOL 3× POL. Head entirely coriaceous, face and clypeus hair punctate. Eyes with setae, malar suture present.
Mesosoma.Mesoscutum and scutellum coriaceous. Notauli absent. Propleuron smooth and shiny. Pronotum coriaceous with a rugose groove. Prescutellar sulcus with a number variable of carinae, mesoscutellar furrow rugosecostate. Metanotum rugose. Mesopleuron weakly coriaceous anteriorly, posteriorly smooth with sternaulus costate. Metapleuron coriaceous. Propodeum rugose medially, otherwise smooth; with a distinct and long smooth and shiny areola.
Wings. Fore wing: pterostigma 3.0× as long as wide, veins 2RS and 3RSa issuing distally from its middle and from a common point, but both veins reaching pterostigma separately, therefore vein r absent; cu-a postfurcal to vein 1M; vein 2-1A spectral; vein R1 as long as pterostigma length.

Metasoma. Entirely smooth except for weak rugosity at base of T1.
Male. Same as female, except metasoma darker and flagellomeres 11–19 longer than wide. The shape of the flagellomeres 11 to 19 are sexually dimorphic.
