Pelopidas thrax (Hübner, [1821])

Cock (2010a) and Cock & Congdon (2012) considered many food plant records of P. thrax to be unreliable. Otto et al.’s (2013) rearing from Panicum maximum ( Poaceae ) in the Kruger National Park area, South Africa, is a further reliable grass food plant record for this species.
