GEOGRAPHIC DISTRIBUTION. — Michoacán. Lago de Pátzcuaro : Algansea lacustris (Lamothe-Argumedo 1980; Mendoza-Garfias et al. 1996; Pérez-Ponce de León et al. 2000b; Bravo-Arteaga 2008) .
SPECIMENS IN COLLECTIONS. — CNHE (137-8, 1329, 5852) (H, P).
