Zoogeographic element. Eastern Carpathian endemic.

Distribution. From the northern part of the Romanian Eastern Carpathians. Erroneously listed for Poland (Szymczakowski 1959, 1961).

Distribution in Romania. Epigeal records. Rodnei Mt. (Jeannel 1936); Pietrosul Mare al Rodnei (LN25) (Nitzu et al. 2008) ( Fig. 18 ).
