Diorhabda Weise, 1883: 316 (type species Galeruca elongata Brullé, 1832 , by original designation).

Remarks

Four Palearctic species from North America ( United States and Mexico), where they have intentionally been released for the biological control of Tamarix L. ( Tamaricaceae ).
