Habitat.
Banks of freshwater in wadis ( Abdel-Dayem and Kippenhan 2013), especially on loamy soil ( Werner 2000). In Saudi Arabia it co-occurs with Calomera aulica , C. alboguttata and Myriochila melancholica ( Abdel-Dayem and Kippenhan 2013).
Phenology.
March, but more frequently in June ( Abdel-Dayem and Kippenhan 2013).
Distribution range.
From Central Africa to Sudan and Saudi Arabia ( Abdel-Dayem and Kippenhan 2013).
Distribution in the southern Levant.
