Material examined. Argentina, Chaco, Colonia Benítez , 03-V-2010, Fernández leg (2♂) (CARTROUNNE), Estancia San Carlos, 14-XI-2013, Dufek leg (3♂) (CARTROUNNE), General Vedia, 10-XII-2014, Dufek leg (5♂) (CARTROUNNE); Corrientes, Puerto Valle, 17-III-2015, Dufek leg (4♂) (CARTROUNNE) .
Distribution. Neotropical: Argenina, Bolivia, Brazil.
Distribution in the Humid Chaco ecoregion. Argentina (Chaco: Colonia Benítez, Estancia San Carlos, General Vedia; Corrientes: Puerto Valle; Formosa: Estancia San José). Engel (1931).
Remark. The type locality mentiones by Engel (1931) is ‘ San José, Chaco ’. However, this site is located in the province of Formosa, Argentina.
