Distribution in Croatia: Widely distributed in all regions.

Distribution in Europe: From Southern Slovakia and Southern Switzerland (where it is extinct) in the north, to the Iberian Peninsula, Greece and the Mediterranean islands of Sicily and Cyprus in the south ( Hochkirch et al. 2016).
