Cette espece me parait tres voisine de Cr. phoenix Sants HNS . decrite avant d'avoir remarque que Cr. nigrans appartenait HNS au S. G. Sphaerocrema HNS . Cependant phoenix presente un sillon median sur la face basale de l'epinotum qui manque chez foraminiceps HNS et que ne mentionne pas la description originale de nigricans HNS .
