Distribution

Mediterranean species ( Vigna Taglianti 2005). It can be found in mainland Italy, Sicily and Sardinia ( Vigna Taglianti 2005).

Notes

It frequently lives in open formations of the western alpine valleys. It is present in damp meadows, but occasionally we can find it in biotopes characterised by relative xericity ( Bisio 2011).
