Diagnosis.

Body with short setae. Face not swollen. Malar space less than 1.0 times as long as the basal mandibular width. Antenna with 44 flagellomeres; first flagellomere 1.8 times as long as second flagellomere. Propodeum in dorsal view with yellow spot on each side of anterior part; strongly pointed triangular mark in posteriorly; posterior transverse carina absent. Ratio of hind tarsal segments are 5.0: 2.5: 1.5: 0.8: 1.0. Fore wing with dark spot apically. First to fourth tergites with thin yellow apically.
