Type locality: Volgograd ( Russia).

Published (original) locality: “circa Sareptam ad Volgam inferiorem”.

Current status. Andrena (incertae sedis) limbata Eversmann, 1852 .

Remark. Description of male: Morawitz 1866: 8.

Distribution. Europe, Russia (to the Urals), Caucasus, Turkey, Iran, Turkmenistan. According to Wood & Monfared (2022) the primary source from Iran is unclear, but this species is likely present in Iran.
