Specimen Examined. M E X I C O: O a x a c a, Hwy. 190, 9 km E San José de Gracia , 737 m, N16°38.421′, W96°04.051′, 26 June 2013, beating riparian vegetation, J. Rifkind (1, JNRC). This species has previously been recorded from Nayarit , Morelos , Jalisco , Yucatán , Chiapas, and Central America as far south as Panama ( Barr 1975 (listed therein as C. geniculata Chevrolat , an unpublished junior synonym); W.F.Barr personal communication) .
