Definition. Haplosclerina with a delicate reticulate choanosomal skeleton of uni-, pauci- or multispicular primary lines, which are regularly connected by unispicular secondary lines. Ectosomal skeleton, if present, a regularly hexagonal, unispicular, tangential reticulation (de Weerdt, 2002).
