Distribution. China (Shaanxi Province) ( Wang et al. 2016b: 87).
Biology. Only females of the sexual generation have been described, which induce integral leaf galls on an undetermined Quercus . Based on other Latuspina species, the host oak is probably in section Cerris . ( Table 1; Wang et al. 2016b).
