Diagnosis.

The nymph of this species is smaller than others, abdomen without a clear pale line, tergum X with dark posterior half, and free margin of gills decorated with spines (Fig. 13A View Figure 13 ). The male of this subspecies is the same as I. ussurica ussurica (see below) except its forewing has no clear band (Fig. 13B-F View Figure 13 ).
