Local distribution and occurrence: Al-Nuwaiseeb, Failaka Island, Auha Island; occasional (8%).

Habitat: Intertidal and subtidal zones; Sargassum spp. and tubes of blue coral-worm Spirobranchus sinuspersicus , sponges.
