Host associations in Iran. Planococcus vovae on cypress tree (Talebi et al. 2008; Lotfalizadeh 2010b), P. vovae on Juniperus (Abd-Rabou et al. 2011) , Gossyparia spuria on Ulmus sp. ( Jalilvand et al. 2013), Pl. vovae on Hesperocyparis arizonica ( Jalilvand et al. 2014) , Pseudococcus comstocki on Morus spp. ( Jafari et al. 2015).

Distribution in Iran. Tehran (Talebi et al. 2008), Fars ( Lotfalizadeh 2010b), Isfahan ( Ghahari et al. 2010), Mazandaran (Abd-Rabou et al. 2011), Kermanshah ( Jalilvand et al. 2013, 2014), East Azarbaijan ( Jafari et al. 2015).

General distribution. Cosmopolitan.

Remarks. The report of Ooencyrtus kuvanae (Howard) from Iran ( Xu & Lotfalizadeh 2000) is a misidentification of C. perminutus (see Lotfalizadeh 2010b).
