Host associations in Iran. Nephus bipunctatus on Vitis vinifera ( Fallahzadeh & Japoshvili 2010) , Exochomus quadripustulatus and Hyperaspis polita on Vitis vinifera ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2011) , Menochilus sexmaculatus on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis , Nephus (Sidis) hiekei on Sesamum indicum ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2016) .

Distribution in Iran. Fars ( Fallahzadeh & Japoshvili 2010; Fallahzadeh et al. 2011), Hormozgan ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2016).

General distribution. Afrotropical and Middle East ( Iran, Egypt).
