Host associations in Iran. Phenacoccus solenopsis on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis ; Abutilon hirtum and Solanum nigrum (Fallahzadeh et al. 2014) , Phenacoccus solenopsis on Lantana sp. ( Fallahzadeh et al. 2016).

Distribution in Iran. Hormozgan (Fallahzadeh et al. 2014, 2016).

General distribution. Cosmopolitan.

Remarks. Recently, the synonymy of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat and A. arizonensis (Girault) was discussed by Fallahzadeh et al. (2014).
