Genus composition
In addition to species previously assigned to the genus ( Hadorn & Fraussen 2005), we include sequenced species Granulifusus discrepans View in CoL , G. williami View in CoL comb. nov., G. jeanpierrevezzaroi View in CoL comb. nov., G. annae View in CoL sp. nov. and G. norfolkensis View in CoL sp. nov. In addition to those species we allocate to Granulifusus View in CoL , based on conchological similarities to sequenced species, G. tatianae View in CoL sp. nov., G. kurodai View in CoL comb. nov., and G. guidoi View in CoL sp. nov., known from empty shells only.
