Remarks. This species was described based on a single male from Mexico (Jalisco). The female is slightly stouter than the male but has the dorsal pubescence very similar. The antennae are slightly shorter, 1.55 times elytral length, reaching the elytral apex at middle of antennomere IX. In the holotype male, the antennae are at least 1.7 times elytral length in the holotype male (missing most of antennomere XI of left antenna and antennomeres X–XI of the right antenna) and reaches the elytral apex at the basal third of the antennomere VIII). Furthermore, the abdominal ventrite 5 ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 6–14 ) is more convex and rounded apically, while it is more flattened and the apex is emarginate centrally.
