Distribution in Colombia: Vichada: Natural National Park El Tuparro (5.2687; -68.608) ( Luna-Sarmiento 2013). Repository of Colombian material: ICN-APs-265.

Remarks: Luna-Sarmiento (2013) stated that the specimens found in the Natural National Park El Tuparro belong to an undescribed species due to the presence of two eyes, a unique character in the family.
