TYPE LOCALITY: Pakistan, Punjab, Salt Range, near Pind Dadan Khan .

DISTRIBUTION: Pakistan to Vietnam and Borneo; adjacent small islands; probably the Philippines.

SYNONYMS: durgadasi , micropus , wrighti ?.

COMMENTS: Includes durgadasi ; but see Khajuria (1982:288). Probably includes wrighti , see Hill and Francis (1984:308).
