TYPE LOCALITY: French Guiana, Cayenne .

DISTRIBUTION: S Mexico to SE Brazil, Bolivia and Peru.

SYNONYMS: boliviensis, cayanensis, septentrionalis .

COMMENTS: Includes septentrionalis ; see Jones and Carter (1976:13). Bolivian form reviewed by Bàrquez and Ojeda (1979).
