TYPE LOCALITY: Trinidad and Tobago, Trinidad, Princestown .

DISTRIBUTION: Trinidad, Peru, Guianas, Amazonian Brazil; distribution is poorly known.

COMMENTS: Closely related to minor , with which it might be conspecific ( Williams and Genoways, 1980a).
