TYPE LOCALITY: Egypt, Sinai .

DISTRIBUTION: Caucasus to The Pamirs, N Iran, Afganistan, India, and W China; Honshu, Hokkaido ( Japan); Sinai ( Egypt); N Ethiopia; perhaps Indo-China.

SYNONYMS: blanfordi , caspica, darjelingensis , walteri.
