DISTRIBUTION: Solomon Isis.
STATUS: CITES - Appendix II.
SYNONYMS: cognatus , grandis , lavellanus , monoensis, rennelli , rubianus .
COMMENTS: Includes cognatus ; see Hill (1962a). Corbet and Hill (1980:36) listed cognatus as a distinct species without comment.
