TYPE LOCALITY: India, Bengal, Calcutta (uncertain) .

DISTRIBUTION: Afghanistan, N India, Burma, Thailand, Szechwan and Yunnan ( China), W Malaysia, Sumatra.

SYNONYMS: cuneatus, feae , monticola , refulgens , shortridgei .

COMMENTS: Includes feae , monticola , and refulgens ; see Hill and Yoshiyuki (1980:180, 186); but also see Sinha (1973:620-621) who considered monticola a distinct species.
