TYPE LOCALITY: Dominica (Lesser Antilles) .
DISTRIBUTION: N Lesser Antilles.
COMMENTS: Subgenus Selysius . Listed as a subspecies of nigricans by Hall and Kelson (1959: 176), but see La Vai (1973a:16, 17) and Hall (1981:200).
