DISTRIBUTION: New Hampshire to Florida Panhandle, west to Wisconsin and Oklahoma ( USA).

STATUS: U.S. ESA - Endangered.

COMMENTS: Subgenus Selysius . See Thomson (1982, Mammalian Species, 163).
