TYPE LOCALITY: Indonesia, Sumatra .
DISTRIBUTION: Thailand to New Guinea, Bismarck Arch., Solomon Isis, Vanuatu (= New Hebrides) and N Australia; Cocos Keeling Isl and Christmas Isl (Indian Ocean).
SYNONYMS: adamsi , angulatus , collinus , murrayi , nitidus , orientalis , papuanus , ponceleti , sewelanus, subulidens , wattsi , westralis .
