TYPE LOCALITY: Russia, Primorsky Krai, Kreis Imansky .
DISTRIBUTION: Ussuri region, Kurile Isis, and Sakhalin ( Russia); Korea.
COMMENTS: Subgenus Murino. Formerly included in aurata see Maeda (1980:547) and Corbet (1978c). Japanese populations have been separated as M. silvatica .
