Neoboydaya (Neoboydaya) galachrysiae, Fain 1963d: 19, 1964b: 137 , figs. 8, 10, 16–20.

Type host: Glareola cinerea Fraser ( Charadriiformes : Glareolidae ) from Democratic Republic of Congo.

Diagnosis. Palp tarsus with 3 setae (2 setae Na-type and 1 Db-type) and solenidion; palp tibia without setae. Hypostomal setae n Na-type, m Db-type. Sensillae si SC-type, other dorsal and ventral setae (including coxae) Dbtype, except setae g3 Na-type. Agenital series with 3 pairs of setae. Coxa IV with 1 seta; femur I with 4 setae, femur II with 3 setae.

Hosts and distribution. Charadriiformes (Glareolidae) : GlareOla cinerea Fraser from Democratic Republic of Congo [Maniema Prov., Kasongo] ( Fain 1961b) and G. nuchalis Gray from Democratic Republic of Congo [Bandundu Prov., Oshwe] ( Fain 1964b).
