Measurement. Male: 4.8–5.1mm; female: 5.1mm.

Description. Coloration. Tannish to pale yellow ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–D). Crown with brownish red to orange red transverse band interrupted medially with two dots under the band ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–B, 5D). Frontoclypeus having two blackish spots on each side just below antennal sockets ( Fig. 5E View FIG ). Forewing yellowish brown with white prominent venation ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–C).

Morphology. Head narrower than pronotum, with anterior margin smoothly curved to face ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–D). Crown almost equal to or a little longer than breadth between eyes ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–B, 5D). Ocellus present next to eye at anterior margin. Eye fairly large ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–E). Apex of anteclypeus broadened, surpassing the normal genal curve. Median length of pronotum nearly equal to the median length of crown ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–B, 5D). Mesonotum and scutellum generally shorter than pronotum. Forewing macropterous ( Fig. 5 View FIG A–C).

Male genitalia. Pygofer side with no macrosetae ( Fig. 5G View FIG ). Subgenital plate laterally smooth, with macrosetae uniseriate ( Fig. 5H View FIG ). Valve broadly triangular ( Fig. 5I View FIG ). Style narrow, apophysis generally thick, thumb-like, curved laterally ( Fig. 5J View FIG ). Connective with arms separated, stem shorter than arms ( Fig. 5K View FIG ). Aedeagal shaft long, bent at near base, tip somewhat curved dorsad, parallel to the aedeagal base, gonopore apical ( Fig. 5L View FIG ).

Distribution. Pakistan, India, China.

Remarks. This species can be differentiated from other congeners of Pakistan by the crown with a transverse orange-red to brownish red band, interrupted medially and two dots under the band. This is the first record of this species from Pakistan.
