Types.

1 ♂ holotype (Fig. 9 ) and 1 ♀ allotype at NMPC ( Pokorný and Curoe 2012); 1 paratype at BMNH; additional paratypes at DJCC, MXAL, and other private collections ( Pokorný and Curoe 2012).
