Comments. Encyrtus hokkaidonis was synonymized with E. infidus (Rossi, 1790) by TRJA- PITZIN (1989), but we believe that the synonymy was incorrect and reinstate the species name as valid. The two species can be separated relaibaly using the characters presented by TACHIKAWA (1963).
