Original description. Playfair 1917, P. 658, Table 38, Fig. 20.

Description. Differs from the typical form in its more elongated shape. Shell conical or obtusely oval. Aboral region rounded. Apertural side equal to shell width.

Measurements. Shell length 12 µm, shell width 10 µm. Habitat. On water vegetation.

Geographic distribution. Australia.
