Mesochorus (Mesochorus) cf. pini Schwenke, 1999 View in CoL ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 12–15 )

Material examined. UKRAINE: Transcarpathian Region : 1 ♀, Marmarosy, 11–12 km SE of Dilove, 47.925407 N, 24.311800 E, 1550 m, subalpine zone, m. Pip-Ivan, sweeping, 6–9.viii.2011, leg. O. Varga ( SIZK) GoogleMaps .

Distribution. Known from Germany; first record for Ukraine.

Taxonomical remark. The determination of this species is uncertain. It is an exceptionally large specimen which runs to M. pini in the key of Schwenke (1999: 60), but probably represents a new species. Since the taxonomy of the sylvarum- group sensu Schwenke is still questionable, we do not describe the specimen as new here.

Short description. Body length 10 mm. Flagellum with 46 flagellomeres; hind tarsal claw with 4 short basal teeth; apical tergites and hypopygium with distinct, but scattered setiferous punctures. Mesosoma mainly black; hind edge of pronotum and tegula yellowish; mesoscutum with weak H-shaped central reddish spot, scutellum with reddish sides; mesopleuron with a diffuse reddish ventral spot; hind tibia cream-yellow, infuscate basally and in apical 0.1; hind metatarsus yellowish, with dark tip, other hind tarsomeres black; ovipositor sheath 2.8 × longer than wide. Otherwise as Mesochorus pini (for a detailed description of M. pini see Riedel 2019: 102).
