A Palearctic species, all of whose parasitic stages are usually found on Artiodactyla : Bovidae ; adults and nymphs have been collected from Perissodactyla : Equidae , while adult ticks alone have been recovered from Carnivora : Felidae . There are no records of Haemaphysalis kopetdaghica causing human parasitism.
