Diagnosis. Pronotum large, without carina. Occipital and postoccipital carinae present ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 38–45. 38–41 ). Scutellum superficially reticulate. POL 2.0× as long as OOL. Vertex with numerous setae. Female. Antenna: F1 2.1× as long as wide, 1.16× as long as F2, clava 2.6× as long as wide. Gaster 2.4× as long as wide. Male. Antenna: F1 1.8× as long as wide and 1.12× as long as F2. Clava 2.7× as long as wide. Gaster 3.0× as long as wide. Genitalia: Digitus with two spines. Body completely black. Head black with green tint. Legs yellow except hind coxae black.

Description. Female. Body size 2.2 mm.

Colour: Body black, head black with green tint, propodeum black, petiole black, gaster with basal yellow whitish spot on T2–T3, T4–T6 black. Legs yellow, except hind coxa dark brown.

Head. Malar sulcus present. POL 2.0× as long as OOL. Occipital margin with sharp carina ( Fig40 View FIGURES 38–45. 38–41 ). Antennae inserted above the level of the lower margin of the eyes. Scape 5.9× as long as wide. Pedicel 1.8× as long as wide, F1 1.16× as long as F2, F2=F3, F3 1.06× as long as F4. Clava 3-segmented 2.7× as long as wide and 1.5× as long as F4. Eyes asetose ( Fig. 41 View FIGURES 38–45. 38–41 ).

Mesosoma. Pronotum reticulate. Mesoscutum engraved reticulate. Scutellum superficially reticulate with narrow grooves laterally and posteriorly. Propodeum without distinct median carina, smooth, callus with two rows with 8 setae in each. Forewing: 1.9–2.0× as long as wide. SMV with 5 setae. Speculum small and narrow along pterostigma. SMV (27): MV (65): PMV (34): STV (17). PMV 2.0× as long as STV. Costal cell with numerous setae in three irregular rows.

Metasoma. Petiole short, conical with small lateral spines. Gaster 2.4× as long as wide.

Male. Body size 1.8mm.

Colour the same as in female. Antenna. Scape 5.6× as long as wide. Pedicel 1.5× as long as wide, F1 1.1× as long as F2, F2=F3=F4. Clava 3-segmented, 2.7× as long as wide and 2.1× as long as F4. Petiole as long as wide. Gaster 3.0× as long as wide. Genitalia. Digitus with two spines.

Host. Unknown.

Holotype. ♀, Kenya, Coast Prov., Taita Hills, Ngangao forest , 1848 m, 3.36100° S, 38.34186° E, Malaise trap, indigenous forest, 22 Aug–5 Sep 2012, R. Copeland, ICIPE 38215 ( NMK). GoogleMaps Condition of holotype very good, left mid leg lacking tarsus.
