All characters as described in Kott (1985). Zooids with four rows of stigmata, posterior vascular extension, a pair of stolonic vessels, muscles which bifurcate and branch and are arranged anteroposteriorly from siphons. Very long gut and intestine running horizontally at posterior end of body, loops back on itself, then short rectum bends at right angle; anus at base of atrial siphon.

No larvae in any of the samples.

#1151; #1168A, about 30 stigmata per side. Stalk attaching zooid to stolon is long.

#2653, zooids yellow, somewhat opaque; heart-shaped when contracted, body narrow at the base where attached to the long sturdy stolon.

#3861, only a few zooids; #3867.

Distribution: Philippines, Australia, New Caledonia, Mozambique, Palau, Indonesia.
