30 km SSE Samarkand, Sangu-dzhuman Pass (Uzbekistan).

Halictus (Protohalictus) funerarius Morawitz, 1876.
Distribution.
A rare montane Central Asian species: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Western Kyrgyzstan, Iran, north-eastern Afghanistan and north-western China ( Pesenko 2005a).
