Current name: Amphiroa fragilissima (L.) J.V. Lamour. ( Corallinaceae ).

Note: Although Manza (in Philippine J. Sci. 71: 299. 1940) referred to having seen photographs of "the Linnaean type", he did not indicate what this might be.
